Why haven’t I received my tickets yet?
If you have not received your tickets after placing an order, please wait 24 hours from the time that you ordered and then check your inbox and Spam folder for an email from "ShowOps.” You should have received two emails, one with a receipt from Stripe and one from ShowOps containing an attachment with tickets. If you still did not receive tickets, follow the instructions below.
How do I get my tickets resent to me?
- Navigate to https://www.showopspresents.com and click “all shows” in the top right corner
- Use the filters to find the event that you purchased tickets for and click “TICKETS”
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click “FAQs” The "FAQ" button will be listed under the "BUY TICKETS" button at the bottom of the page.
- Find the bullet point that says “I didn't receive my ticket. Will you resend it?”
- Click the "Email address" field and input the email address you used when you purchased tickets.
- Click the "Resend Tickets" button
- Once you click the “Resend Tickets” button, your tickets will be sent to you within 24 hours. If you are still having trouble receiving them, please email our support team for further assistance.
Can I get a refund?
All sales are final unless otherwise specified.
Do kids 5 and under need a ticket?
If a child requires a seat, they need a ticket. If they’re going to be sitting on a lap the whole night, they don’t.
