By using ShowOps website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

SMS MARKETING

By signing up via text, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized text messages from ShowOpsn at the cell number used when signing up. Reply HELP for help and STOP to cancel. You may receive an additional mobile message confirming your decision to opt out. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. 

• By providing ShowOps with you phone number, you agree to receive mobile messages at the phone number associated with your opt-in
• You agree to reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any mobile message from us in order to opt out of receiving further messages from us. You may receive an additional mobile message confirming your decision to opt out. You understand and agree that the foregoing options are the only reasonable methods of opting out. 
• No mobile information will be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the stated uses of a customer’s personal data exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent: this information will not be shared with any third person. 

SHARING INFORMATION WITH THIRD PARTIES

ShowOps does not sell, rent, or lease its customer lists to third parties.

ShowOps may, from time to time, contact you on behalf of external business partners about a particular offering that may be of interest to you. In those cases, your unique personally identifiable information (email, name, address, phone number) is transferred to the third party. ShowOps may share data with trusted partners to send you email, provide customer support, or arrange for deliveries.
